How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A bathroom remodel is typically 4–6 weeks, a kitchen 6–10 weeks, additions 3–6 months, and a custom home 9–14 months. We give you a detailed schedule with your proposal.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. After a free consultation, we put together a transparent fixed-price proposal at no cost to you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We are fully licensed, bonded, and carry general liability and workers compensation coverage. We're happy to share certificates on request.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — permits, inspections, and HOA submissions are all handled by our team as part of every project.
Can I live in my home during a remodel?
Most homeowners do. We seal off work areas with dust barriers, set up daily clean-up routines, and coordinate utility shut-offs in advance.
What is your warranty?
Every project is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances.
Do you work with my designer or architect?
Yes. We work seamlessly with your existing design team, or we can connect you with trusted partners if you don't have one yet.
How do payments work?
We use a clear progress-payment schedule tied to construction milestones — never lump-sum upfront.
